Shuttle Bus Service:

The Shuttle is free to all tenant passengers! Passengers may use the My QR Code button on the Pru App home page as their ticketing credential. Don’t have the App? See the Mobile App tab for download instructions.

AM Shuttle Pickup Locations

• Ogilvie Station: Pickup on Madison St. and Canal St., near CVS Pharmacy.
• Union Station: Pickup at the Intersection of Clinton St. and Quincy St., on the West Side of Clinton
• LaSalle Station: Pickup at LaSalle St. and Van Buren (Chase Bank ATM location at Chicago Board of Trade Building)

PM Shuttle Drop-off Locations:

• LaSalle Station (If needed): Drop off on LaSalle St. and Van Buren
• Union Station: Drop-off at the Corner of Adams St and Canal St on the north side of Adams
• Ogilvie Station: Drop-off on Madison St. and Canal St. (The current pickup location in the morning)

The Fleet: Fully-Electric, Zero-Emission Buses

• The combined bus shuttle service of the Pru & the Aon Center The Fleet provides tenants with convenience and comfort in their daily commute to and from the Ogilvie, Union, and LaSalle Street train stations. The buses are easy to spot due to their low-slung profile and bus wraps with either SB+ or nautical themes featured. Each bus has a name on the front of the buses, i.e. Chi-Flux, Chi-Resistor, etc., which makes for easy tracking.
• These ten (10) air-conditioned motor coaches can transport 48 passengers, with wide aisles for standing room, and are ADA-compliant for easy wheelchair access.
• The buses leave at approximately 5 to 10-minute intervals during morning and evening hours.
• Scheduled bus service is Monday through Friday from 6:15 AM to 9:35 AM and 3:45 PM to 6:30 PM.
